Established in 2005, TLW, Inc. is a woman-owned HUBZone certified small business. We operate in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas, specializing in Heavy/Civil, Utilities, Emergency Response, Commercial Building, and Housing projects for both public and private sectors. Our commitment to safety is unparalleled, and we prioritize client satisfaction above all. At TLW, Inc., we believe in getting it right the first time, and our solid reputation is built on repeat business. As our reach grew, so did our ambition to serve the entire Gulf Coast, spanning from Florida to Texas. To better reflect this expansion and enhance our communication, we introduced Gulf States Roofing and Construction.

A LIFETIME OF BUILDING

While women in construction, particularly as owners and operators of roofing businesses, might be rare, for Tonya and Janette, it feels like home. Janette became part of the construction world when she married and then co-built TL Wallace Inc. with her late husband, Tommy Wallace. Tonya, on the other hand, was immersed in the field from a young age, following her father’s legacy into the construction industry and later founding TLW Inc. in Columbia, MS.

Guided by a profound commitment to serve others, both women have pursued excellence in their craft for over 50 years. Their vast experience equips them to steer organizations toward delivering top-notch quality, resulting in satisfied customers throughout the Southeast.
